Dual Enrollment/High School Connections

High School Connections is a program ran in conjunction with MSU-Billings where students are given the opportunity to earn high school and college credit simultaneously. Classes are taught in the Billings West building, by Billings West teachers, and college credit is issued through MSU-Billings. Credits earned are fully transferable within the Montana University System and transfer widely to other accredited colleges and universities. Check with the institution you would like to attend to verify acceptance of your credits. 

University Connections

University Connections is a dual credit program in partnership with MSU-Billings. Students pay a reduced tuition rate of (approximately) $51.50 per credit, which results in significant savings.
  • Students may take as many University Connections classes as they would like each semester. (Dependent on high school curriculum)
  • Classes may be taken on campus or online.
  • Summer sessions are also available to high school students
            **University Connections may only be taken for elective credit**

In order to participate in University Connection, students must turn in:
  • University Connections Enrollment Form (To MSUB)
  • University Connections/Dual Enrollment Form (To West High)
  • Proof of Enrollment including Class Name, Section Number, Teacher Name, Time (To West High)
