Students have a tremendous variety of options to pursue after graduation from high school. Traditionally, "College for All" has been the mentality and students were pushed to obtain a 4-year University degree. However, recent changes in the job market have created a "Post-secondary Education for All" mentality. Rather than encouraging all students down the traditional path, students are encouraged to explore all options including 2 year degrees, 1 year certificates, apprenticeships, military, etc.
